By accessing and using SnapCompress ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

SnapCompress provides free, browser-based image processing tools including:

• Image compression
• Format conversion (JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC)
• Image resizing and scaling

All processing occurs client-side in your browser. We do not store or transmit your images.

3. Use of Service

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service for lawful purposes to process images you own or have permission to modify.

3.2 Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to process illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service excessively
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload malicious files or malware

You retain all rights to images you process through the Service. We make no claim to your content.

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Óscar Gallego Ruiz and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That results will meet your expectations
• The accuracy or quality of processed images
• That the Service will be compatible with all devices or browsers

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service
• Any errors or omissions in the Service

Use the Service at your own risk. Always keep backups of original images.

The Service may use third-party services (Google Analytics, Google AdSense) which have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
